Rules & Regulations

1. Students must report to school before the first bell rings at 7.15 which marks the commencement of college. Students who come late without proper reason will not be admitted to the college.

 

2. Students should wear their uniform, shoes and neckband cleanly and neatly as per instructions.

 

3. Silence must be maintained from the ringing of the first bell of the college till the commencement of morning prayers. Similarly silence should be maintained from the bell at the end of the last lesson until the final prayer of the day begins.

 

4. Students who come late will be booked by student leaders under the supervision of Disciplinary Committee teachers.

 

5. Parents or guardians of students who are late for at least three days within two weeks will be called.

 

6. If students are unable to attend the college due to unforeseen reasons, they should notify the Principal as soon as possible and seek permission. On the day of return, the leave registration form should be filled and presented to the Principal and after getting approval, he should go to the classroom.

 

7. If a student does not report to school for forty consecutive days, the student will be considered truant.

 

8. No student shall be allowed to leave the college for any reason during the course of the college. In case of illness parents are called to school and students are handed over.

 

9. No one shall move out of the classrooms without the permission of the principal or teachers during the course of the college.

 

10. It is very compulsory for students to appear for all examinations held in the college. In case of not appearing for the examinations, a suitable reason must be submitted in evidence.

 

11. College buildings, furniture and other property shall be maintained by the students as if it were their own property.

 

12. It is compulsory for students to socialize for special classes, co-curricular activities etc. conducted in the college. At the same time, it is necessary to keep the school campus clean.

 

13. Pass reports should be signed by the parent or guardian and returned immediately after the term examination, mid-term examinations. Students who fail to get the pass report at the end of the term should come with their parent or guardian to get the pass report.

 

14. Students should maintain order while going to and from the laboratory, library, playground etc.

 

15. Students must wear the College uniform during College hours, public functions of the College, public examinations and other functions attended on behalf of the College.

 

 

16. Break time for students 10.40 – 10.55 Students should obtain permission from the in-charge to leave the class other than the break time and leave by wearing the permission card.

 

17. During the break, the students should behave in an orderly manner so as not to pollute the canteen, classrooms, college campus, toilet etc. and use the toilet properly.

 

18. No one from outside is allowed to visit the students during school hours. Only the mother, father or guardian is allowed to discuss student related matters.

 

19. No communication to students will be accepted over telephone. Also cannot directly communicate with students through phone.

 

20. Any vehicle used by students is prohibited from entering the college premises at any time.

 

21. Students should not be members of any other club or society not affiliated with the college. Students will not participate in competitions conducted by such organizations without the permission of the Principal.

 

22. Students using the library shall conduct themselves in accordance with the rules and regulations of the library under the supervision of the librarian.

 

23. If students need to get letters, certificates for their own needs, they can visit the office during break time and after school.

 

24. College teachers are very concerned about the virtuous behavior of students inside and outside the college. The principal and teachers will observe the order and behavior of the students outside the college as well.

 

25. It is compulsory for the student to bring his student reference book to school daily.

 

26. Inappropriate hairstyle, attending school without make-up, wearing earrings etc. should be strictly avoided.

 

27. Prohibited items, incitement to misbehaviour, mobile phones, music equipment, imaging equipment and computer related electronic equipment shall not be brought into the school premises without permission.

 

28. Those who do not socialize for more than 3 consecutive days should submit medical certificate.

 

28. All students of class 06-09 should apply for postal ID card and all students above 15 years of age should apply through school to get National ID card.

 

That I am well aware of the disciplinary rules of the college, the values and the unique religious, artistic and cultural traditions of the college, and that if my child violates these, he/she will be automatically expelled from the college and the disciplinary measures taken by the college management will be considered for the future of the child. I hereby assure that I will cooperate wholeheartedly.
